Mpc 1971 Chevrolet Vega Street Funny #1-0454-225 71 1/25 Amt Unbuilt Model Kit

For your consideration is a FINE & VERY RARE example of a 45+ YEAR OLD Vintage MPC Issue. 1971 CHEVROLET VEGA "STREET FUNNY" 1/25 SCALE KIT#1-0454-225. This Early 1970's copywrited model kit was produced by the. Model Products Corporation of Mount Clemens, MI. Before the many makeovers & takeovers of the long & storied MPC model company's existence. This kit is an original issue. The photos should tell you the story. Kit features include: WHITE molded plastic parts, Brightly Plated Chrome Parts, Vinyl Rubber Tires, Clear Cobalt Blue Window Glass, Decal Sheet & Instruction Sheet. This kit is to be built how it looks on the box. The condition of this kit is what I would consider to be VERY GOOD!!! ALL THE PARTS APPEAR TO BE PRESENT & ACCOUNTED FOR BUT WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! I have included plenty of photos to give you an idea of what we are offering so Please study them before making a decision. This kit has been really hard to find.

I have only seen a handful of these kits over the years. This kit was available in white molded plastic body & white components.

The box is square for it's age & the top looks decent on all sides but does have some obvious dings & creases here & there. All of the plastic parts are in excellent shape with several of them still attached to their trees.

This special MPC series has it's signature Blue Clear Window Glass. All the glass is good & does not appear to have any issues. T he Decals & Instruction sheet are both present. The decals are fair with a couple of slight marks.

The chrome tree is Great & all but 2 mags are still attached. You don't find this particular kit available on the market very often & this one is Pretty Good!!

The kit has a VERY NICE PRESENTATION!! OVERALL A NICE & RARE VINTAGE MPC MODEL KIT. THESE VINTAGE KITS HAVE BECOME RARE & EVEN MORE POPULAR THAN IN THE PAST. THIS KIT IS A FAVORITE Amongst Most MPC Modelers!!! It has a lot of potential to either stay an Unbuilt & kit & keep tucked away or Build into that favorite car you once owned.

Don't let it get away!! This MPC kit certainly will increase in value. I hardly ever see kits like this diminish in value over my years of collecting.
