AMT 1961 Pontiac Bonneville Hardtop Kit #K-621 Annual Built Survivor in Box 61

AMT'61 Pontiac Bonneville HT. AMT'61 Pontiac Bonneville Hardtop, original issue 3-in-1 annual customizing kit that could be built stock, custom, or race. Kit is a fairly decent survivor type build, with no paint on anything and just a couple of decals on the otherwise white plastic body, and none of the emblems / moldings sanded away.

However, the body does have several custom accessories attached (spotlights, mirrors, fenderskirts, a hood scoop, continental kit on rear bumper that is falling off, nerf bars on the front grill that have already fallen off, custom rear tail panel, custom tail lights, and custom bullet hubcaps on the front). Glass has good clarity and no issues. Bumpers are intact, but do have some glue residue from the pieces that were/are attached to them. The interior and engine are built stock with 3x2 barrel carburetors.

The stock red tail lights and 4 eight-lug wheels are here, new and unused. I do not see the stock tail light bezels anywhere in the box or on the car, so they look to be missing.

Including a few extra pieces in the box, instructions and a decal sheet with a few decals cut out and missing. Box is in good original condition with nice color and only minor shelfwear overall, but for one split corner (see closeup photo). See my other auctions for more scarce vintage kits.
