AMT 1966 Chevy Impala SS HT Annual 3-in-1 Kit #6726 in Box Drag Nascar 66

AMT'66 Impala SS HT. AMT'66 Chevrolet Impala SS hardtop, original issue annual 4-in-1 kit that could be built stock, drag, Grand National Nascar, or custom. Kit looks to be an old builtup that's been disassembled. There is no paint on anything. And the body's details are intact with no sanding. The body does, however, have small breaks at the right-hand cowl and upper windshield post (see closeup photo).

All glass has been glued in, but the parts of it that show through the body openings have good clarity. Most of the engine, chassis, and interior are built. There is a bit of glue residue here and there, but it is not a glue bomb. Chrome has some dulling, and the bumpers are installed in the body. Kit has been inventoried part-for-part with the instruction sheet, and the stock version is 100% complete with all parts accounted for.

The drag / custom versions are missing the custom'Appliance' wheels, two of the four custom seat cushions (the other two are still here), the Hilborn fuel injection system, and the two drag slicks. The Nascar version is missing most of the roll cage. All of the other drag / Nascar / custom parts are present and accounted for. Includes instruction sheet and pieces of the original decal sheet.

Box is in nice original condition with some minor general shelfwear. See my other auctions for more scarce vintage kits.
